This policy sets out what your business may not do with GoSpeedsway. Breaching it may lead to suspension or closure of your account.
Prohibited activity
Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or evading sanctions or other legal restrictions.
Transactions on behalf of undisclosed third parties, or by persons or entities on sanctions lists.
Operating gambling, adult content, weapons, illegal drugs or other businesses prohibited by Bridge or Transak.
Prohibited use of the platform
Accessing the service from outside the United States in breach of eligibility requirements, submitting false verification information, sharing account access, or interfering with the security or operation of the platform.
Enforcement
We may suspend activity, close accounts and report to authorities where we believe this policy has been breached.
