Information we collect
Account information: business name, registration details, contact names, email addresses and phone numbers.
Verification information: KYC/KYB data is submitted to and processed by Bridge. We receive the verification status and the details needed to operate your account.
Transaction information: amounts, payment method, destination wallet addresses and settlement status.
Usage information: log data, device and browser information collected when you use the dashboard.
How we use information
To provide and secure the dashboard, route transactions to Bridge and Transak, meet legal and compliance obligations, respond to support requests, and improve the service.
How we share information
With Bridge, to perform verification and digital asset services; with Transak, to process card payments; with service providers who host or support our platform under confidentiality obligations; and with authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as required by law. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
