GoSpeedsway LLC Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a GoSpeedsway purchase can be cancelled or refunded.
Settled transfers are final
Once USDC or USDT has been delivered to your wallet address, the blockchain transfer cannot be reversed, and the purchase cannot be refunded.
Cancelling before settlement
Wire transfers: if Bridge has not yet settled your purchase, you may request cancellation by emailing support@gospeedsway.com. Funds are returned to the originating bank account, less any bank or network fees.
Card payments: cancellations and chargebacks are handled under Transak's policies, as Transak processes the payment.
Service charges
Where a purchase is cancelled before settlement, the GoSpeedsway service charge is not applied. Service charges on settled purchases are non-refundable.
Failed or returned wires
Wires that do not match your virtual account details, or fall outside the limits that apply to your account type, may be returned by Bridge to the sending bank.
