GoSpeedsway LLC Terms of Service

Eligibility

GoSpeedsway is available only to individuals resident in the United States and to businesses and enterprise clients organised and operating in the United States. Accounts may not be opened by or on behalf of any person or entity outside the United States.

Personal accounts and corporate accounts are subject to different transaction limits, set out under Fees and limits below.

Every account must complete KYC/KYB verification through Bridge before it can transact. We may decline or close any account that does not meet these requirements.

What we provide

GoSpeedsway is a software-as-a-service dashboard. It lets your business fund a Bridge virtual account by wire, or pay by debit card through Transak, and receive USDC or USDT in a corporate wallet you control.

GoSpeedsway LLC does not hold, transmit or take custody of customer funds. Digital asset services are provided by Bridge, a licensed Money Services Business, and card payments are processed by Transak, each under their own terms, which you must also accept.

Fees and limits

A flat service charge of 10% applies to wire transfers and 5% to debit card payments. The charge is deducted before your wallet is credited.

Wire transfers have a $500 minimum per transaction on every account. Personal accounts are limited to $200,000 per transaction; corporate accounts have no per-transaction maximum. Debit card payments are limited to $200–$5,000 per transaction on both account types. We may change fees or limits with notice posted on the website.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for the security of your account credentials, and for supplying a correct wallet address. Transfers sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.

You must use the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoSpeedsway LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of Bridge, Transak, blockchain networks or digital asset issuers.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
